FUEL UP

Plan a meal that includes moderate to high carbohydrate and some protein approximately two to three hours before your workout and if you must eat something before the class, have a light bite like a whole-wheat toast with peanut butter or a banana.

BE PUNCTUAL

Intro, warm up and mobility is a very important part of life at HIIT HOUSE. Door shuts 5 minutes into the class and account will still be charged if access is refused.

GYM WEAR

Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to sweat.

HYDRATION

Drink lots of fluids before and during class. After all its a HIIT class, you will sweat a bucket.

DON'T BE A HERO

Go The Distance - Pace yourself, the goal is to get you through the class in one piece.

CLEAN UP YOUR SWEAT

Be a nice neighbour and please wipe down your equipments during and after the class.
